This packet needs to be returned to the School Office with the other required documents before the application will be reviewed. The required documents are listed in the application packet and below:

The completion of the FACTS Grant & Aid Application is a requirement for families to be eligible to receive our discounted tuition rates and any additional financial assistance.
The School will contact you after receiving your completed application to set up an appointment. You may also reach out to our School Office at (281) 447-2132 or email us.
Once your application has been reviewed, you have been interviewed, and you have completed the online application for tuition assistance, you will be sent an email instructing you to create a Family Online Login where you will be able to enroll your child as a new Eagle!
All adults must take this training in order to volunteer and participate in school activities. This is a series of videos followed by short quizzes.

Entry Grade | Age Requirements |

PK3 | A student entering PK3 must be 3 years old by September 1, 2022. |
PK4 | A student entering PK4 must be 4 years old by September 1, 2022. |
Kindergarten | A student entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1, 2022. |
Grade 1 | A student entering Grade 1 must be 6 years old by September 1, 2022. |
After Grade 1 | Admissions to Grades 2-8 will be based on successful completion and achievement in an accredited school. |
Moving from Out of State | Students seeking admission to PK3, PK4, Kindergarten, or Grade 1 who are under age because their birthday is after September 1, may be admitted to the respective grade IF they come from a State where the minimum age is based on a date later than September 1 or if they have successfully completed the respective grade in an out-of-state Catholic or accreditated Elementary School. |

Admission to Assumption Catholic School is based on class capacity and availability of resources as well as the developmental, scholastic, and behavioral qualifications of the applicant. The Principal has final authority over all admission decisions and may decline admission at his/her discretion.
